Barber question?

I like to use a electric razor when I shave the only problem is when my hair start to grow back I bump up really bad under my chin and sometimes on my jaws. I have tried using alcohol %26amp; bump fighter after shave but it did not help. So any suggestion ?Barber question?
Use triple razorblades the electic one from Gilette:smooth as a baby bottom and no cuts or irritation.

An electric razor is the worst for your skin, but if you insist upon continuing its use, don't shave as close and use an oil-based pre-shave conditioner. Follow up your shave with a moisturizer.
